Yes, it is a poster for the "Superman/Batman" movie.
After the announcement of the movie at the SDCC and the amount of teaser posters from lots of other artists, it was very difficult not to make one by myself. So here you have it: a teaser-character poster of Bruce Wayne/Batman!
